Trailheads, aka designated trail parking areas, are all along the trail. They are best located using our Rail-Trail Map.   They range from a simple gravel parking lot next to the rail-trail to trailheads with a variety of amenities from restrooms and playground at the Star City Edith Barill Riverfront Park to the Van Voorhis Trailhead with restrooms and a kayak/canoe launch.

MRTC is working on several trailheads to improve access, wayfinding signs, and amenities at the point that you begin and end your adventure.
