The Deckers Creek Rail-Trail is now OPEN and section is resurfaced at the Masontown Trailhead and from McKinney Cave Road (mile 14.5) to Route 92 at Reedsville (mile 17.9). Thank you to crew from WVDOH Cenforce for this work!
The Deckers Creek Rail-Trail Restoration project is partially funded by a grant from the Federal Highway Administration’s Transportation Alternatives Program which is administered by the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways. The 20% match to this grant is provided by the Monongalia County Parks and Trails Levy and donations to the Mon River Trails Conservancy.
